Now Hope Boutique resides in a building constructed in or before 1890. The store was a dry goods store, a barber shop, a grocery store, and a drug store. There were several dry goods stores in Granbury. This was a thriving town and the purchasing place of wares for many farmers and settlers. Because of the date of construction, this architecture would fall in the Victorian period.
